Practice Plan: Kicking & Shooting
  • No Pressure
    • In Pairs
    • Power Kick
    • Accuracy Kick
    • Laces Kick
    • Inside of Foot Kick
    • Punting
    • On the Run
    • Stationary
  • Light Pressure
    • Shooting on Goal - Stationary
    • Shooting on Goal - In Motion
  • Medium Pressure
    • With Defender
  • Full Pressure
    • Short Field Scrimmage

Parent Info Sharing: Practicing at Home
  • Juggling
    • Each player should strive to get 5 juggles, then strive to get 15 juggles.  
    • We will have time to demonstrate improvement at the beginning of every practice.
    • Stretch goal is 50 juggles by the end of the season.  This is attainable, but only if they practice regularly at home.
  • Have a ball at their feet all the time (where possible & practical).
